L’idea di “contaminare” la musica di Bach con quella dei Beatles, dati i 300 anni che separano i loro linguaggi, è meno azzardata di quello che può sembrare: entrambi sono stati ispirati dall’amore e da quella passione che da sempre accompagna l’essere umano. Il primo, uomo di profonda fede, intende ringraziare il Dio che lo ispira e che regola il cosmo e tutte le sue creature; gli altri cantano passioni meno spirituali ma altrettanto importanti. Bach sosteneva: “dove c’è musica non ci può essere malvagità”, crediamo che anche i quattro di Liverpool condividessero quest’affermazione.
