The collaboration between Andrea Ravizza and the soloists of the RAI National Symphony Orchestra represents one of the most fertile and long-lasting chapters of his career. While his relationship with the full orchestra has been cemented through symphonic and television productions, it is within the chamber dimension that this synergy has found its purest space for experimentation.

A Creative Laboratory

Over the years, Ravizza has written, arranged, and conducted for various ensembles formed within the orchestra, turning these collaborations into a true linguistic laboratory. From the genesis of the "7/8" (Seven Eighths) project to the original compositions for the Gottlieb Octet, and the recent contrapuntal experiments for the Principal Players Quartet, his work has always been based on direct and constant dialogue with the musicians.

Excellence on Stage

Working with world-class soloists — including Enrico Maria Baroni, Gabriele Carpani, Devid Ceste, Carmelo Giuliano Gullotto, Massimo Macrì, Alessandro Milani, and Ula Ulijona Zebriunaite — has allowed Andrea Ravizza to push instrumental writing toward new frontiers. These masters have blended academic rigor with the versatility required by modern musical languages, acting not as mere performers but as creative partners in bringing to life Beyond projects ranging from Baroque reinterpretations of the Beatles to the structural fusion of Bach and Jazz.
